1. Return of Goods in Proper Condition:
If the product does not meet your expectations for any reason, you may return or exchange it within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. The exchange of goods in proper condition is possible provided that the product has not been used and retains its commercial appearance, consumer properties, original packaging integrity, seals, labels, and the original sales receipt issued to the consumer at the time of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact our store manager using the contact information provided on the warranty certificate and sales receipt.
2. Return of Goods in Improper Condition:
If a manufacturing defect or flaw is discovered, you must contact our store manager (the contact details are provided on the warranty certificate and delivery note) to arrange a product replacement.
3. Terms, Conditions, and Procedure for Returning Goods in Proper Condition:
Products that do not suit you for any reason can be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase through a courier delivery service (the department number will be provided by the store manager).
Please note:
If a parcel is sent with cash on delivery, it will not be accepted. Such parcels will be returned to the sender.
Refunds will be processed only after we receive the product and conduct an expert inspection.
In the case of exchange/return of goods in proper condition, transportation costs will be deducted according to the carrier's rates.
4. Terms, Conditions, and Procedure for Returning Goods in Improper Condition:
If a defect or manufacturing fault is discovered, the Seller is obligated to refund the Buyer or replace the defective item with a new one. If the product is available, the Buyer's request for replacement must be satisfied immediately; if quality verification is needed, within 14 days or by mutual agreement.

The exchange/return of goods in improper condition is carried out at the expense of the online store.
5. Refund Methods:
Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods at our store, using any of the following convenient methods:
Bank card transfer
Cash refund upon return of the item in the city of Kropyvnytskyi
6. Warranty Service:
When purchasing a product from the online store heats.in.ua, you receive an official warranty certificate. The certificate contains contact information you can use to request warranty service during the warranty period specified.
For Kropyvnytskyi:
If a fault occurs due to a manufacturer’s defect during the warranty period, you must:
Call the number indicated in the warranty certificate.
Wait for a technician to diagnose and replace the item.
For other regions:
Call the number indicated in the warranty certificate.
The service center will confirm the defect based on provided photos or videos.
If the issue can be fixed independently, the warranty period is voided.
During the warranty period, shipping and replacement are free of charge.
