Residents of Kropyvnytskyi can receive their orders as early as the next day after placing the order.
Customers from other cities in Ukraine can expect delivery within 2 to 5 days, depending on the location and chosen delivery method.

Product Completeness and Integrity
Please check the product for completeness, packaging integrity, absence of mechanical damage, and availability of documents at the time of delivery. This can be done in the presence of the delivery service representative.
We are not responsible for items that were not inspected for damage or missing parts upon receipt at the carrier’s branch.
In case of damage or missing components, you have the right not to pay for the goods and to refuse the delivery.

Delivery across Ukraine is carried out by courier services such as Nova Poshta, Delivery, or SAT.
Shipping cost is determined by the selected carrier's current rates.
Before shipping, all products are inspected for mechanical damage and packed in reinforced wooden-frame packaging for extra protection.
You will receive an SMS notification from Nova Poshta once your order arrives at their branch or is out for delivery to your specified address.
Shipping costs are covered by the Buyer (Recipient).
